How to Use

Generously coat meat before cooking and let sit for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to absorb. Great as a dry rub or sprinkled on just before serving for extra flavor.

Steakhouse-Style BBQ Steak Directions

You’ll Need:

  • 2 lbs steak
  • 1 cup your favorite BBQ sauce

Instructions:

  1. Rinse steak under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Rub seasoning evenly onto steaks (about 2 Tbsp per lb).
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
  4. Remove from fridge and let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  5. Place BBQ sauce in a bowl and set aside.

Cooking (Stove or Oven):

  • Cook steak to desired doneness.
  • Baste BBQ sauce on top while cooking.

Grill Method:

  • Preheat grill to medium-low heat (250–275°F).
  • Mix 1 cup low-sodium beef stock with BBQ sauce.
  • Baste steaks while grilling.

Doneness:

  • Cook until internal temperature reaches 155°F for medium.
  • Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
