Smoked Pork Hocks are one of my secrets. They are the quadruple threat: smoky, collagen-rich, salty, and inexpensive. 

A cut from the bottom half of a pork leg and cured with salt then smoked giving you a bacony flavor to whatever you add them to- is always a plus! 

Plus, hocks are especially meaty- making them a great addition to any soups!
