If you want to make anyone's day just give them a Ribeye Steak and say, your welcome. But wait, why is this steak sooo good? The Ribeye Steak is cut form the beef rib between the shoulder and the loin. This section of the animal naturally collects more intramuscular fat, creating the beautiful unique marbling to the Ribeye Steak. As the steak is being cooked the marbling melts into the meat-creating a buttery, juicy, tender steak!Take note, the Rib Steak has the bone in (Ribeye= bone out). The bone insulates the meat while its cooking, which allows the steak to retain moisture and juiciness. 

P.S- The Delmonico Steak (although there is a ton of debate on the actual cut) at the Delmonico's Restaurant (its still in business..) on their menu, the Delmonico Steak is the ribeye.
