Or if your not into big sandwiches- I'll add the chip steak to one-pot meals. Cook it up with some garlic, add veggies, sometimes a pasta or rice, and its done.
Chip steak is very thinly sliced cuts of beef (typically from roasts) packaged into 1lb packs.
