Chicken Tenderloin

Oh the chicken tenderloin- you make meal time easy. What a perfect tender strip of meat that you can almost do anything too and its still always a crowd pleaser. 

If you didn't know-- the chicken tenderloin is cut from the innermost muscle located near the breastbone (the backside of a chicken breast). Its basically the most tender meat on a chicken (hints the name). 

So if your into chicken parmesan or just grilling the tender its a great option, plus its a quick meal for kids!
